Yep same for me, and if I use the one listed for Win 10 with NVIDIA GPUs I get this error.

It seems your webui is not dev branch

how do we get the dev branch?

Open terminal/cmd in the stable-diffusion-webui folder.

Activate the environment: venv\Scripts\activate

Run: pip install open_clip_torch

Run: pip install clip-anytorch

Launch WebUI again

I have the same error.
I am on a Linux and not windows, I did not see this path venv/Scripts/activate, but what I did was, I changed to the dev branch like @Ineman said using git checkout dev and relaunched webui.sh.
It seems to have worked for me.
