Move jupyter notebook section to the intro

Update the info at https://opentechschool.github.io/python-data-intro/core/notebook.html and move to the start of the tutorial so we can use jupyter in the rest of the tutorial.

It might make sense to include a brief Conda tutorial. Something like "Intro to Conda and Jupyter Notebooks".
