Trunk branch "is 26704 commits behind ruby:master." Last commit was in 2015.

https://documenting-ruby.org/ has a bunch of outdated information, broken links, and isn't using TLS.

Is there a reason this project and the documenting-ruby.org site haven't been removed (or at least archived)? IMHO it is inaccurate and confusing to leave them up and running as-is.

Found an error in the docs for Proc on ruby-doc.org and wanted to fix it but looks like that is not a good use of my time.

Cloned and set it up just to find out it is outdated.
