We are only running unit tests on Node 20 and we can't upgrade certain dependencies (like #3705) because we still support versions of VS Code that use Node 18. This will bump the minimum VS Code version for warnings to 1.90.0 which is the first version of VS Code that uses Node 20.
After releasing the extension once, we can upgrade the minimum version in
package.json.
