Text should contribute to autorange calculations

When drawing a scatter plot with
{ mode: 'lines+markers+text', fill: 'tonexty' }
or
{ mode: 'lines+markers+text', fill: 'tozeroy' }

the text of the first point and the last point is cut off:

Known issue but doesn't look like we have an issue for it - thanks for bringing this up @RedShift1

I was going to suggest cliponaxis: false #1861 (your leftmost text item would overlap the tick labels but at least would be visible) but I notice that has problems with date axes... another bug report coming :)

Hi - this issue has been sitting for a while, so as part of our effort to tidy up our public repositories I'm going to close it. If it's still a concern, we'd be grateful if you could open a new issue (with a short reproducible example if appropriate) so that we can add it to our stack. Cheers - @gvwilson
