Generate Test Report: cannot check if something is a JSON object

I don't understand what https://w3c.github.io/reporting/#generate-test-report is doing when it asks if something is a JSON object. You can't implement that.

Also, Object there references the completely wrong thing.

Looks like this was added way back in 2018 and is in the WebDriver / automation part of the reporting spec. It hasn't been given much attention for a long time.
